This morning I was waiting for my new machine to finish it’s 81 updates but really I needed to be getting on with work. This got me thinking that I don’t have any time to pursue work on my own ideas which is something I promised myself wouldn’t happen.

So not having immediate access to my computer and the live jobs I got my sketchbook out of my bag, (which has sadly been used for more for taking notes in meetings of late) and started sketching ideas for my new logo.

After an hour or so the computer booted up and it was time for me to get on with some real work but all day I was drawn to pursue the inspiration I had felt from picking up a pencil. That evening I came across this, watch the whole video, this guy is truly inspiring!
